Qualifications

• Experience in freight coordination or logistics administration.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and book palletised and packaged freight across the national multi-carrier network.
• Coordinate collections and dispatch requirements across sites.
• Monitor consignments through to delivery and follow up delays and issues.
• Liaise with freight providers to resolve issues and ensure service timeframes are met.
• Maintain freight procurement, booking and dispatch records.
• Support Sales Administration and Accounts Receivable teams.
• Process customer orders accurately and provide delivery status updates.
