Job summary

Aerre is seeking a freelance Video Editor to craft social-first content that grabs attention and tells concise stories across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The role is contract-based, 2-3 days per week, with flexible hours and opportunities for future work.

You will collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to produce high-performing clips, add motion graphics, captions, and adapt content for multiple channels while maintaining brand voice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating social-first content for short-form platforms.
• Portfolio showing TikTok/Instagram Reels content required.
• Ability to adapt content quickly based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube and paid social.
• Develop hooks, pacing, text overlays, captions and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist & Content Creator from brief to delivery.
• Create variations for paid ads with different hooks and CTAs.
• Incorporate motion graphics and sound design where appropriate.
• Repurpose assets across channels and implement revisions quickly.
