Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a freelance Quantity Surveyor for a 3–4 month contract on a major highways project in Western Australia. The role involves recording costs, changes and variations, with a focus on value for money and risk minimisation.

NEC contract experience is essential and you’ll join an established project team. You'll provide commercial support, manage costs and budgets to NEC requirements, raise early warnings, and generate CVRs.

• Experience working with NEC contracts is essential.
• Ability to forecast costs and manage budgets.
• Familiar with change and variation management.

Responsabilidades

• Record costs, changes and variations with the project team.
• Minimise cost and risk while enhancing value for money.
• Provide commercial support to engineering staff.
• Manage costs and budget in line with the NEC contract.
• Raise early warning notices and compensation events.
• Forecasting and CVRs (cost/value reports).
