Cimic in Sydney is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor to support cost management on NSW projects. You will measure and value sub-contracts, prepare interim and final accounts, review variances and assist with cashflow planning.

Experience with NEC or main contractor environments is preferred, with a degree in Quantity Surveying and 3+ years of relevant experience. North Sydney location.

Qualificações

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in main contractors is preferable.
• NEC experience is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Measure and value sub-contracts; assist in interim/final sub-contract accounts
• Review documents; identify value variations and subcontract payments
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and record-keeping
• Assist change management with client for time and cost recovery
• Manage cashflow, contract valuation and regular financial reporting
