ING Australia seeks an experienced Team Lead AML – Fraud to guide the FCCAO team in meeting AML/CTF obligations. You will lead fraud reporting to AUSTRAC, uplift processes, and drive KPI-based performance in a dynamic, changing environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure high standards of analysis and reporting, and foster a strong compliance culture across the organisation. Direct hiring and transformation initiatives are part of the role.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the financial services industry specifically related to AML activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate and manage change.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high‑performing Fraud Reporting team and provide ongoing training.
• Review and approve SMRs or grounds for dismissals related to fraud events.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to uplift processes and build relationships.
• Implement KPIs and productivity markers to measure output and performance.
• Uplift SMR reporting quality for AUSTRAC and law enforcement.
• Perform in‑depth analysis and maintain strong stakeholder engagement and decision making.
