Job summary

The Coffee Club is seeking a Queensland-based Franchise Support Trainer on a maternity leave contract through early July 2027. You will deliver training, coach Franchise Partners and support store openings across the network, blending hospitality leadership with people development.

You will travel regularly, with potential international travel, to drive operational excellence and learning outcomes in franchise operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise operations or multi-site operations.
• Strong hospitality knowledge and customer experience standards.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills.
• Ability to travel regularly across Australia.
• Current Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver The Coffee Club training programs to franchise partners and store teams.
• Coach Franchise Partners and their teams on operational excellence and compliance.
• Support store openings, resales and franchise transitions.
• Develop and improve training resources and materials.
• Travel across Australia to support network activities.
