Job summary

Minor DKL Food Group is seeking a proactive Franchise Development & Property Coordinator in South Brisbane to support franchise resales, renewals, lease administration and property activities across the network.

You'll work with franchise partners, prospective buyers, landlords, agents and internal teams to keep processes moving, track milestones and ensure accurate records, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We’re looking for a proactive Franchise Development & Property Coordinator to support franchise resales, renewals, lease administration and property activities across our network.

This is a varied role with plenty of stakeholder contact and no two days looking quite the same. You’ll work with franchise partners, prospective buyers, landlords, agents, advisers and teams across the business, helping coordinate the details and keep important processes moving.

What is the role?

Working across our Franchise Development and Property functions, you'll help coordinate franchise resales, renewals, lease administration and property activities across our network. You'll work closely with franchise partners, prospective buyers, landlords, agents, advisers and internal stakeholders to help keep matters progressing smoothly and on schedule.

This is a varied role where you'll:

• Coordinate franchise resales, renewals, and transition activities

Experience in franchising, property, leasing, hospitality or retail would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in people with strong transferable coordination skills and the motivation to learn.
