In this permanent role, you will provide expert guidance to dealer management, optimise operations, and coach teams to improve customer satisfaction, retention and profitability.

You will analyse performance data, ensure compliance with Toyota requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices.

Qualifications

A relevant degree or equivalent industry experience.
Demonstrated project management experience and strong financial acumen.
Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data interpretation.
Ability to influence, coach and support a diverse Dealer Network.
Understanding of automotive dealer operations and networks.

Responsibilities

Implement and communicate Parts & Service strategies across the dealer network.
Drive best-practice fixed operations to maximise profitability.
Provide tools and support to dealers to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyse dealer performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Toyota operational requirements and dealer agreements.
Lead training, coaching and certification programs for dealers.
