Job summary

ZURU Beauty in Sydney is seeking an ambitious marketing leader to champion our Fragrance Portfolio, including DAISE Beauty and a new brand in the pipeline. You will steer strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and nurture external agency partnerships to deliver growth across markets.

You will lead brand storytelling, drive annual plans with product and commercial teams, and shape the next era of fragrance launches. This role is based in our Surry Hills office in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably with beauty or personal care launches.
• Formal education in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
• Bonus points for leading launches across multiple markets beyond ANZ.
• Strong trend and culture instincts with a knack for breakthrough ideas.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive brand marketing plans across the Fragrance Portfolio from ideation to execution.
• Lead go-to-market activity for new markets, retailers and NPD launches.
• Build the marketing measurement framework to identify growth drivers.
• Manage campaigns from concept to completion with agencies and internal teams.
• Own brand marketing budgets with a focus on optimisation and profitable growth.
