Job summary

MECCA is seeking a commercially minded Senior Brand Manager to lead the growth of a key portfolio of brands, including our flagship fragrance partner, Diptyque, across Australia and New Zealand. You will shape brand strategy, drive commercial performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Reporting to the Head of Category - Fragrance, you will own brand performance, manage budgets and forecasts, and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in brand management, category management or commercial portfolio management.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, forecasts and planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver annual brand and category strategies to drive growth and performance.
• Lead brand partnerships, product launches and cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.
• Own brand performance through financial analysis, forecasting and P&L management.
• Set the commercial strategy for Diptyque Boutiques across ANZ and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Coach and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
