Go Fractional is seeking an experienced Fractional Marketing Leader / CMO to provide senior strategic leadership and modernise performance media operations with a strong focus on AI and automation. The role is Melbourne-based, envisaged for 2–3 days per week over 2–3 months, with potential for longer-term opportunities.

You will work closely with leadership to elevate client outcomes and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Executive-level leadership experience in performance media or digital agency settings.
• Proven ability to implement AI, automation and operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of retail/eCommerce media dynamics and peak trading periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior strategic leadership across performance media with emphasis on AI and automation.
• Lead development of scalable systems for planning, execution, budgeting and reporting.
• Balance technology with human expertise to maintain client relationships and outcomes.
