Job summary

Far East Organization, a leading real estate developer with a global footprint, seeks an experienced finance professional to lead financial planning and analysis. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic insights to support decision making at senior management levels.

Applicants should have a degree in Accounting (CPA preferred) and extensive experience in corporate finance or external audit, with strong modelling and communication skills to partner across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• CPA or similar professional qualification required or preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, commercial roles or Big 4 auditing.

Responsibilities

• Provide market and business insights and support financial modelling for proposals or decisions.
• Analyse monthly financial results and explain variances between actual and budget/forecast.
• Manage the annual budgeting process and monitor economic indicators and market trends to prepare forecasts.
• Collaborate with business units to formulate strategies for growth and profitability.
• Prepare ad hoc presentations for COO and/or CFO.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes and systems.
