Zenith Energy is hiring an FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning from its Rivervale head office in Perth. You will turn operational data into insights for the Executive and Board, building robust models, dashboards and reporting standards.

You will manage a Financial Analyst, partner with Operations, Projects and corporate functions, and drive the FP&A function through automation and strong analytics.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance with CA or CPA qualifications.
• Significant FP&A experience including ownership of end-to-end budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven track record transforming FP&A processes, models and systems.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling with strong P&L, balance sheet and cash flow understanding.
• Experience preparing and presenting analysis for Executive and Board audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise effectively in a changing environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual budgets, periodic forecasts and long-term planning.
• Develop financial models linking operating drivers to revenue, costs, headcount, cash flow and profitability.
• Use scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess proposals and options.
• Explain variances and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare concise reporting and presentations for senior leadership and Board audiences.
• Develop KPIs connecting operations with financial results.
• Partner with leaders on cost management and resource allocation.
• Improve FP&A processes through automation and dashboards.
