Job summary

The Super Retail Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our Brisbane/Sydney flexible finance team. You will partner with business leaders to forecast, report and analyse performance, building models and dashboards that drive data‑driven decisions.

You'll develop financial insight, support planning cycles, and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and forecasting processes. A strong foundation in finance and analytics with advanced Excel and BI skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related discipline.
• Graduate-level experience or 1–3 years in finance/FP&A or analytics.
• Strong Excel modelling and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning activities.
• Develop financial models and perform variance analysis.
• Deliver dashboards and reporting packs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leaders to inform commercial decisions.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
