Job summary

Hunter Douglas is seeking an analytical FP&A Analyst to join the ANZ Finance team. This role supports budgeting, forecasting and management reporting while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making in a growing finance function.

Ideal applicants will have 1–3 years in FP&A or related fields, a degree in finance or economics, and advanced Excel skills. Exposure to BI tools and planning software is advantageous in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, management accounting or public practice.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis and performance insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and forecasting tools.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins and key business drivers to support commercial decisions.
• Assist with pricing, profitability and cost improvement initiatives.
• Ensure financial data integrity and support governance and reporting standards.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial insights.
