Job summary

A2B Australia, part of the ComfortDelGro Australia group, is seeking a commercially aware FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning. The role focuses on financial modelling, reporting and data‑driven decision support across a large transport network.

You will work across finance and reporting activities, building strategic insights from large datasets and delivering timely, accurate insights to enable business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Minimum three years FP&A experience in multinational organisations or ASX-listed businesses.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capability.
• Experience working with large datasets and identifying key business drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query.
• Experience using BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Datarails, Adaptive Insights.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting process with targets and commentary.
• Prepare monthly management reporting with variance analysis for Board, CEO and Business Unit reporting.
• Contribute to the development of the five‑year long‑term planning model.
• Prepare weekly operational performance dashboards and reporting.
• Deliver financial and operational modelling including sensitivity and scenario analysis.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting process, helping establish accurate financial and operational targets
• Assist in preparing monthly management reporting, including Board, CEO and Business Unit reporting with variance analysis and commentary
• Contribute to the development of the five-year long‑term planning model
• Prepare weekly operational performance dashboards and reporting
• Deliver financial and operational modelling, including sensitivity and scenario analysis to support business decision‑making
• Support month‑end activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives across finance and reporting activities
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support as required

About You

You’re a commercially aware and analytically strong finance professional who enjoys solving problems, working collaboratively and using data to drive better business outcomes.

• Experience using BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Datarails, Adaptive Insights or similar platforms
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
