Job summary

Apollo Care is seeking an FP&A Analyst to turn complex data into practical insights that support executive decision-making and improve performance across its national aged care alliance. The role spans management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, process improvement and acquisition integration during a period of transition and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, accounting or a related discipline, together with CA or CPA qualification.
• Experience analysing business performance and preparing management reporting in aged care, healthcare, NDIS, community services or another regulated sector.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modelling and advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
• The ability to interpret complex information, communicate clear recommendations and partner effectively with varied stakeholders.
• Aged care systems, funding models, multi-site operations and acquisition or integration experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Analysing operational and financial performance, including occupancy, revenue, labour costs, care minutes, agency usage and service profitability.
• Developing dashboards, KPIs and management reports that explain trends, risks, opportunities and budget variances.
• Mapping and improving business processes, defining requirements and supporting change, systems and transformation initiatives.
• Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, business cases, acquisition due diligence and the integration of new operations.

About you

You will bring:
