Job summary

Artemis Security is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to join Apollo, our managed detection and response service. You will lead investigations across cloud, identity, endpoint, and SaaS, decide on cases, and guide customers through what matters and why.

You will work with engineers to shape the product and protect customers from evolving threats. You will be part of a founding analytics team and bring expert judgment to detections, investigations, and incident responses, while expanding your

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on security operations experience in a SOC, MSSP, or MDR environment at a senior/Tier 3 level.
• Fluency in attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (MITRE ATT&CK) and how they present in telemetry.
• Experience with AI-assisted investigation or automation and knowing where it is strong.
• Strong customer-facing instincts and excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the investigation and the decision - take cases from pickup to close with a clear verdict and severity.
• Investigate with depth across identity, cloud, endpoint, and SaaS telemetry.
• Drive containment with customer-approved actions and clear impact.
• Move fast to match threat pace and ensure critical work progresses first.
• Be the security partner customers trust with clear summaries and rationale.
• Hunt threats using hypothesis-driven and AI-assisted methods.
• Help design the service by shaping investigative standards and workflows.
• Contribute to a sharper platform by feeding learnings back into detection engineering.
