Job summary

Perenti is seeking a high-performing Cyber Security Analyst to enhance its global Security Operations capabilities. This role involves advancing the company's SIEM, SOAR, and AI-based detection capabilities to transform cyber defense from reactive to proactive strategies.

Responsibilities include investigating security incidents, improving detection mechanisms, and collaborating closely with operational teams to mitigate threats effectively. A minimum of 3 years in cyber security and hands-on experience with relevant platforms are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in cyber security, preferably in Security Operations.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM or SOAR platforms.
• Strong understanding of cyber threats and incident response processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise SIEM and security platforms.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents.
• Conduct threat hunting to identify undiscovered threats.
• Develop and implement security automation workflows.
