Opal HealthCare’s Carlingford Greens Care Community opens March 2027 in Sydney's north-west, offering permanent, respite and dementia care for 150 residents. You’ll join the founding nursing team to shape culture, clinical standards and resident experience from day one, working with an experienced leadership group to build a welcoming home where residents thrive and teams feel supported.

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver safe, person-centred care within a collaborative multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, person-centred clinical care.
• Complete resident assessments, care planning, and documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor health outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families.
• Support and mentor care team members to deliver care.
• Contribute to quality care initiatives and continuous improvement.
