Opal HealthCare’s brand-new Carlingford Greens Care Community in Sydney’s north-west is opening March 2027. We’re recruiting caring Assistant in Nursing team members to shape a loving home for 150 residents across various care needs.

Join a founding care team, build genuine relationships, and support residents’ daily living. We offer permanent full-time and part-time roles, flexible rosters, competitive hourly rates, parental leave, and ongoing development through the Opal HealthCare Academy.

Qualifications

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) required or equivalent.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compassion, empathy and a genuine desire to support older people.
Willingness to complete pre-employment medical, Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
Assist residents to maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families and team members.
Observe, report and respond to changes in residents' wellbeing.
Support a safe, clean and comfortable living environment; work collaboratively with nurses and care team.
