You'll provide compassionate personal care, support independence and build relationships with residents, families and the care team, contributing to a safe, respectful home environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Compassion, empathy and a genuine desire to support older people.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Assist residents to maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families and team members.
• Observe, report and respond to changes in residents' wellbeing.
• Support a safe, clean and comfortable living environment.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team to deliver exceptional care.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
