Opal HealthCare’s Carlingford Greens Care Community in Sydney’s north-west is opening in March 2027, inviting you to join the founding care team. You’ll deliver person-centred care, support daily living and help create a welcoming home for residents across permanent and respite stays.

We seek compassionate team players with a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing). Expect flexible rosters, strong teamwork, and opportunities for growth within a leading Australian aged care provider.

Opening in March 2027, Carlingford Greens Care Community is a brand-new, purpose-built aged care home in Sydney's north-west, supporting 150 residents across permanent, respite and dementia care.

This is a rare opportunity to join the founding care team and help shape the culture, resident experience and daily life of a brand-new Care Community from day one. Every conversation, act of kindness and moment of care will help create a home where residents feel valued, connected and supported.

About the Role

We're looking for caring and dedicated Assistant in Nursing team members to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. What You'll Bring

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
