Job summary

Love You Well Pty Ltd in Wynnum, Brisbane, is seeking a founder’s right-hand ecommerce, content and operations specialist on a part-time contractor basis. You’ll create and edit standout content, manage Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta campaigns, and handle stock in a home-based warehouse.

You’ll wear many hats: editing reels, designing visuals, updating stores, scheduling emails, and ensuring branding stays cohesive.

Qualifications

• Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager experience.
• Excellent Canva skills.
• Excellent CapCut and video editing skills.
• A genuinely creative eye — not just knowing how to use the software.
• The ability to turn raw footage into engaging, polished Reels and social content.
• An understanding of hooks, pacing, trending content, typography, music and what makes people stop scrolling.
• A strong eye for branding and visual consistency.
• Ecommerce experience.
• Excellent written communication and copy writing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Initiative, common sense and the ability to work without constant direction.
• Reliability.

Responsibilities

FOUNDER’S RIGHT HAND — ECOMMERCE, CONTENT + OPERATIONS

Part-time Contractor | Wynnum, Brisbane

I’m looking for an all-rounder in the truest sense of the word to join me at Love You Well.

Someone creative and tech savvy who can create and edit genuinely great content — but who is just as happy jumping into Shopify, building a Klaviyo email, checking Meta, packing orders or taking care of whatever needs doing that day.

This is a small, fast-moving beauty tech and skincare business, so I’m not looking for someone who wants to stay neatly inside one job description.

I need someone who sees what needs doing and owns it and can wear a few of my hats.

Trust and reliability are my biggest non-negotiables. Love You Well operates from our home-based warehouse in Wynnum, so this person will be coming into our family space and handling our stock, systems and day-to-day business. I need to know that when I hand something over, it’s handled properly.

Some days you’ll be editing or filming a Reel, designing a creative or helping me bring an idea to life. Other days you’ll be updating Shopify, scheduling an email, checking a Meta campaign, packing orders, receiving stock or getting the warehouse organised.

Often, it’ll be a bit of everything.

I’m a very hands-on founder and I create quickly. I have lots of ideas. I need someone who can catch them, understand the Love You Well aesthetic and help me execute them.

I want someone who can look at a piece of content and say, “I know how we can make this better.” - and also not be shy on both sides of the camera.

This isn’t an entry-level role. I need someone who already understands the platforms above and can show me examples of content they have personally created and edited.

The right person will become a huge part of Love You Well and there is plenty of room for the role to grow.
