Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Victorian curriculum and ability to deliver literacy and numeracy with scaffolding and trauma-informed approaches.
• Commitment to evidence-based teaching aligned with the Victorian Teaching and Learning Model 2.0.
• Experience in monitoring student learning and providing feedback to students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individual students.
• Contribute to development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum areas.
• Undertake other classroom teaching related and organisational duties as assigned by the principal.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Undertaking other non-teaching supervisory duties.
