Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on AI & grounding with LLM orchestration and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with API design and modern agent protocols (MCP, tool calling).
• API-led connectivity using MuleSoft or custom middleware to bridge AI to ERP systems.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data systems, and integration patterns.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% for on-site deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy complex agent-driven workflows and orchestration.
• Implement agent communication protocols and context sharing across agents.
• Develop enterprise grounding systems using RAG, vector indexes, and knowledge bases.
• Create and maintain APIs and integration pipelines to Salesforce Data Cloud and ERPs.
• Embed AI tooling into the development workflow and ship production code rapidly.
• Monitor telemetry, dashboards, and performance to ensure reliability.
