Job summary

BB & Emma.N Pty Ltd in Perth, WA, is seeking a qualified Formwork Carpenter for a full-time, permanent role. You will construct and dismantle formwork for concrete structures, read drawings, measure and cut materials, and work across diverse civil projects.

The ideal candidate has a carpentry trade qualification or equivalent, at least one year in residential construction, and a White Card. This role requires working outdoors, at heights, and coordinating with a trades team.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent.
• Residential structure construction experience (1+ year).
• Able to read and interpret formwork and steel reinforcement drawings.

Responsibilities

• Construct and install formwork for concrete structures.
• Read and interpret construction drawings/plans.
• Measure, cut and assemble timber/metal formwork materials.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Assist with concrete pours and site preparation.
• Fabricate formwork from timber, plywood, plastic, and steel per shop drawings.
• Order materials and prepare layouts.
