Job summary

Omni Recruit is seeking reliable Forklift Operators and Production Workers for a Longwarry site in Australia. The role starts immediately and runs through to the planned shutdown in April 2027. You will operate forklifts, support production lines and assist with warehouse duties as part of a rotating 7-day roster.

Pay starts from $39+ per hour with day (6:00am–6:00pm) and night (6:00pm–6:00am) shifts. This is a hands-on, team-based position with strong safety practices and reliable attendance

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience.
• Ability to perform both forklift and general production duties.
• Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with full working rights.
• Steel-cap boots and hi-vis clothing.

Shutdown Support | Immediate start | $39+ per hour | 12-Hour Shifts

We're looking for reliable and hardworking Forklift Operators & Production Workers to join our team in Longwarry and assist with the operation and eventual shutdown of the site.

The plant is planned to cease operations in April 2027, so this is a fantastic opportunity to secure seasonal, ongoing work through to the shutdown while being part of an important transition for the site.

If you're a hands-on worker who doesn't mind jumping on and off a forklift, getting stuck into production and working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!

• Start: Now - April 2027
• Pay: From $39+ per hour
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts
• Day: 6:00am – 6:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Strong focus on safety and following procedures
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with full working rights
• Steel-cap boots and hi-vis clothing (vest or hi-vis top)
