Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking reliable forklift operators for multiple warehouse sites across Western Sydney. Roles cover Counterbalance and High Reach experience with both ongoing casual work or a pathway to permanent employment. AM and PM shifts are available, with overtime opportunities on select sites.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate counterbalance and/or high reach forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Move, stack and store pallets and stock.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Receive and put away incoming stock.
• Perform stock movements and assist with inventory control.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Work with the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets.

Synergie Australia is currently seeking reliable and experienced Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse and logistics sites across Western Sydney.

We are looking for operators with Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklift experience who are ready to join busy warehouse environments. Whether you're looking for ongoing casual work or a pathway into permanent employment, we have opportunities available.

Available Shifts

AM Shift: Start times between 6:00am – 8:00am

PM Shift: Start times between 2:00pm – 4:00pm

Multiple positions are available across Western Sydney, with specific start times dependent on the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklifts
• Load and unload trucks and containers

About You

• CurrentLF Forklift Licence – essential
• LO forklift license - highly desirable but not essential
• Proven Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklift experience
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing work
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse environments
• Physically capable of handling warehouse duties
• Willingness to perform general warehouse duties when required
• Own reliable transport is highly regarded due to site locations
