Job summary

Eco Life Solutions Australia is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator / Warehouse Floor Team Member for our Sydney facility. You will support material movement, loading/unloading trucks, and order preparation within a hands-on warehouse and production environment.

The role reports to the NSW Production Manager and involves working across warehouse, dispatch and production teams with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift License is required.
• Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred.
• Physically capable of manual handling duties.
• Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Move and store stock around the warehouse.
• Prepare and organise customer orders.
• Load pallets and materials for dispatch.
• Assist with picking, packing and general warehouse duties.
• Support production and dispatch teams as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Assist with manual handling duties when required.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse.

Forklift Operator / Warehouse Floor – Sydney
Two Shifts Available: 6:00am–2:00pm & 10:00am–6:00pm

Eco Life Solutions Australia is looking for a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator / Warehouse Floor Team Member to join our growing Sydney manufacturing and distribution team.

We have two shifts available:

Shift 1: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm
Shift 2: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm

Regular overtime is also available.

About the Role

Based at our Sydney manufacturing and distribution facility, you will work as part of our warehouse and production team, supporting the movement of materials, loading and unloading trucks, preparing orders and keeping the warehouse and production areas running efficiently.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team and getting the job done safely and efficiently.

You will report directly to the NSW Production Manager and work closely with the warehouse, dispatch and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
