Job summary

The Personnel Connection is seeking a Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver for their Mt Kuring-gai facility in NSW. This full-time role starts on a casual basis with full-time hours, offering a path to permanent employment for the right person.

You'll operate a forklift, handle loading and unloading, pick and pack orders, and ensure a safe, tidy warehouse. A current forklift licence and warehouse experience are essential, with Monday–Friday availability.

Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver – Mt Kuring-gai

Full-Time Hours | Monday–Friday | Casual to Permanent Opportunity | Immediate Start

Our client is a well-established, owner-operated Australian manufacturer and distributor of high-performance lubricants based in Mt Kuring-gai.

Due to continued business growth, they are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver to join their friendly team.

This position is initially offered on a casual basis working full-time hours, 5 days per week, with the opportunity to become a permanent position for the right person.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a small team, takes pride in their work and is happy to pitch in wherever needed.

This is a hands-on warehouse position involving regular manual handling, so you will need to be physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving heavy loads.

Your duties will include:

• Operating the packaging line
• Loading and unloading containers
• Operating a forklift
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Receiving and checking incoming stock
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Preparing dispatch documentation
• Coordinating freight and deliveries
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse

To be successful you will need:

• A current forklift licence
• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience loading and unloading goods
• Good attention to detail
• A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• The ability to work effectively as part of a small team
• Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake regular manual handling
• Reliable availability Monday to Friday

Location

The warehouse is conveniently located in Mt Kuring-gai and is accessible by public transport.
