Job summary

Omni Recruit has a Forklift Operator / Warehouse All-Rounder role in North Richmond. The job involves operating forklifts, picking/packing orders, and using RF scanners in a busy box manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will hold a current LF Forklift Licence with at least 12 months of forklift experience, and be comfortable with Monday–Friday work and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence – essential.
• At least 12 months' recent forklift operating experience.
• Strong experience operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts.
• Previous experience with RF scanning.
• Pick packing and general warehouse experience.
• Ability to safely load, unload and relocate stock.
• Strong focus on safety and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Good communication and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to get involved and assist wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders.
• Using RF scanners to locate and track inventory.
• Transferring stock between facilities when required.
• Assisting with general warehouse and production-related tasks.
• Keeping stock organised and warehouse areas tidy.
• Following all workplace health, safety and operational procedures.
• Working closely with the warehouse team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
