Job summary

Omni Recruit is seeking a hands-on Forklift Operator / Warehouse All-rounder in North Richmond, NSW, for ongoing casual work with consistent hours. The role involves operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts, RF scanning, picking and packing orders, and maintaining orderly stock in a busy box manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a current LF forklift licence, have 12+ months of forklift experience, and be reliable with a strong safety mindset and teamwork attitude.

Qualifications

• A current LF Forklift Licence is essential.
• At least 12 months' forklift operating experience.
• Strong experience operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts.
• Experience using RF scanning.
• Pick packing and general warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts.
• Safely move and store stock throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks and deliveries.
• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory.
• Transfer stock between facilities when required.
• Assist with general warehouse and production tasks.
• Keep stock organized and warehouse areas tidy.
• Follow all workplace health, safety and operational procedures.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

We're currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse All-Rounder to join a busy and well-established box manufacturing operation in North Richmond.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident operating forklifts, enjoys a varied warehouse role and is looking for ongoing Monday - Friday work with consistent hours and the potential for regular overtime.

Your Role

This is a hands-on position with a variety of warehouse responsibilities.

• Operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts
• Safely moving and storing stock throughout the warehouse
• Loading and unloading trucks and deliveries
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Using RF scanners to locate and track inventory
• Transferring stock between facilities when required
• Assisting with general warehouse and production-related tasks
• Keeping stock organised and warehouse areas tidy
• Following all workplace health, safety and operational procedures
• Working closely with the warehouse team to keep daily operations running smoothly

What you'll bring

• A current LF Forklift Licence - essential
