Job summary

Trojan Recruitment Group is seeking a High Reach Forklift Operator/Store Person for a client site in Ingleburn. Roles include operating forklifts, loading/unloading, and inventory control with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The role requires reliability, safety compliance, and the ability to pass drug/alcohol testing and a PoliceCheck. Onsite parking is available, and the client offers training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current LF Licence with recent high reach forklift experience (within the last 6 months).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills.
• RF scanning and pick-packing experience.
• Must have reliable transport and a commitment to the role.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Manage inventory through putaways, replenishments, cycle counts, and investigations.
• Perform manual handling tasks.
• Pack and manifest orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Repackage and label stock as needed.
• General warehouse duties.

Trojan Recruitment Group is currently seeking multiple High Reach Forklift Operator/ Store Person to join our client based in Ingleburn. Our client is a global specialist in energy management and automation with operations in over 100 countries and is committed to creating a welcoming space for everyone, with a strong focus on training and development.

Shift Times Available:

• AM shift - 6am to 2pm @ $36.85/hr
• AM shift - 10:30am to 6:30pm @ $36.85/hr
• PM shift - 3:30pm to 11:30pm @ $42.38/hr

Key responsibilities:

• Safely operate Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklifts

To be successful for this role, you MUST be able to pass a Criminal History Check/ Police Check with ‘No Disclosable Outcomes’ and a Drug and Alcohol test.
