Job summary

Randstad is seeking a self-motivated Warehouse Storeperson to operate high-reach and LF forklifts in a modern Sydney warehouse. Take ownership of daily storeperson and dispatch tasks, managing end-to-end duties.

You will handle digital inventory, dispatch documentation, and stock movements, with duties including packing high-value orders, updating stock levels, and communicating with the Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Valid LF Forklift License with 1+ year high-reach experience.
• 1+ year general warehouse experience handling high-value goods.
• Basic computer literacy (email & inventory tracking systems).
• Strong self-motivation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Forklift Operations: Safely operate High-Reach and Counterbalance forklifts for heavy/high-value stock.
• Solo Operations: Autonomously manage daily warehouse workflow and stock movement.
• Inventory & Admin: Process dispatch docs, reply to emails, and update digital stock levels.
• Pick, Pack & Report: Securely pack high-value orders and provide updates to the Operations Supervisor.

About the Role

Our client, a specialized technology provider, is looking for a self-motivated Warehouse Storeperson to run their floor operations independently. You’ll manage end-to-end warehouse tasks—from operating high-reach racking to handling digital inventory and dispatch documentation.
