Job summary

COS is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our Lidcombe warehouse, NSW. You will perform pallet stacking, loading/unloading, and staging for delivery, with duties including inbound receiving and inventory tasks.

We value safety, accuracy, and teamwork. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with opportunities for permanency and career development within a growing Australian business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years forklift driving experience (High Bay 6-7 Bays High)
• Current Forklift Licence – High Reach experience essential
• Strong safety focus and warehouse OH&S knowledge

Responsibilities

• Pallet stacking and safe loading/unloading of goods
• Stage freight for delivery and load trucks
• Perform pick packing and inventory tasks
• Handle inbound receiving, putaways and replenishment
• Carry out general warehouse duties as needed

More About What You’ll Do

We are seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Operators to join our friendly team located at Lidcombe. Working days are Monday to Friday, with view to permanent where possible.

You will be responsible for warehouse and dock duties, pallet stacking, freight sorting, freight staging ready for delivery and loading trucks.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Pallet Stacking
• Loading and Unloading
• Staging
• Pick Packing
• Inbound and inventory Duties such as but not limited to:
  • Receiving
  • Putaways
  • Replenishment
• General Warehouse duties as needed

More About You

• You are a driven and passionate individual
• A minimum 1-2 years of forklift driving experience 6-7 Bays High
• A current Forklift Licence - High Reach experience essential
• Strong sense of safety and a good understanding of warehouse OHS requirements
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Basic Computer Skills including data entry
