Mitolo Family Farms in Virginia, SA, is seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join our fast‑paced manufacturing operations in Virginia and Penfield. Full‑time and casual roles are available. You will operate forklifts safely, load and unload stock, and support warehouse and production tasks while upholding strict safety standards.

This role suits reliable, punctual operators who work well independently or in a team, with strong communication and the ability to follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift licence with demonstrated experience in safe operation.
• Proven forklift operating experience (electric or gas).
• Experience in a fast-paced environment (warehouse, manufacturing or similar).
• Strong focus on safety in tight spaces and production areas.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols.

The Opportunity

Mitolo Family Farms is a leading food production company seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join our fast‑paced manufacturing operations in Virginia and Penfield.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a busy production environment
• Load, unload, and move stock and materials, including loading trucks
• Work confidently in tight spaces and fast‑moving production areas shared with pedestrians
• Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as required
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and hygiene standards at all times

What we are looking for

• Valid forklift licence with demonstrated experience in safe operation
• Proven forklift operating experience (electric or gas forklifts)
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment (warehouse, manufacturing, or similar preferred)
• Strong focus on safety in tight working spaces
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

Note: This role is not suited to newly licensed operators without practical experience.
