Job summary

Linde Material Handling has been a major participant in the Material Handling industry in Australia since 1971. A driven Trades Assistant will support Service Technicians, diagnose issues, order parts, and log work via the Linde Service App. Role involves workshop repairs and customer service at fixed sites in Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background with exposure to forklifts or heavy equipment.
• Willingness to service and maintain equipment and tools.
• Customer-facing communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Order spare parts via Parts Portal.
• Use Linde Service App to receive jobs and log information.
• Assist service technicians and participate in repairs.
• Maintain tools and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Liaise with service allocators to confirm daily tasks.
• Perform workshop repairs when required.
• Support other technicians as needed.
