Linde Material Handling in Australia seeks a driven Field Service Technician to service and repair forklift trucks across Queensland. You will diagnose software and hardware faults, order spare parts, and use the Linde Service App to receive jobs from the office and log information.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background or hands-on experience with forklifts, heavy equipment or automotive.
• Customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call roster and meet safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Order spare parts through the Parts Portal.
• Use the Linde Service App to receive jobs and log information.
• Maintain service van stock levels and tools.
• Assist other service technicians as required.
• Participate in after-hours on-call service roster.
• Service and repair forklifts of various sizes and models.
