Job summary

Linde Material Handling in Australia is seeking a driven Field Service Technician to join our team. You will diagnose and repair forklifts, perform preventive maintenance, and service equipment across customer sites while delivering excellent customer service.

You will use the Linde Service App to receive jobs, log information, and coordinate with service allocators. A mechanical background with forklifts or heavy equipment, plus a proactive attitude, are essential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background with forklifts, heavy equipment or automotive.
• Experience with hydraulics and/or pneumatics desirable.
• Must pass pre-employment medical and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues on Linde equipment.
• Carry out repairs, maintenance and diagnostics at multiple customer sites.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with customers.
• Assist in workshop repairs and support other service techs as required.
• Participate in after-hours on-call roster in accordance with company policies.
