OzStaff is seeking a skilled counterbalance forklift operator to join our clients' dynamic Ipswich warehouse teams. This role offers steady work in a thriving environment where your forklift expertise will be highly valued.

You will safely operate counterbalance forklifts, pick orders, palletize and stage pallets, manage basic paperwork, load/unload trucks, organize stock, and contribute to overall warehouse operations through general duties.

Qualifications

• Proven forklift experience in a warehouse or production environment.
• Current forklift licence (LF) - essential.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team focus.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards.
• Experience with inventory systems or logistics software (desirable).
• Previous experience in food, manufacturing, or FMCG environments (desirable).
