Job summary

Recruit Masters Pty in Brisbane-area Woodridge is seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse. The role offers steady shifts and a supportive team, with a competitive hourly rate and a clear path from casual to permanent employment.

You will operate a counterbalance forklift safely, load/unload trucks, pick and pack orders, and move stock around the warehouse, while maintaining strict safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LF Forklift Licence.
• Minimum 12 months counterbalance forklift operating experience.
• Previous warehouse and pick packing experience is required.
• Physically fit with ability to perform manual handling tasks.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
• Reliable, team-focused attitude and good communication.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Manual handling up to 25kg+.
• Move stock throughout the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily targets.

What You'll Be Doing
