HOBAN Recruitment is partnering with a leading transport and logistics company in Dandenong South, VIC, to recruit reliable Forklift Drivers for multiple shifts. Experience with counterbalance and high‑reach forklifts is required, along with a valid LF licence and a strong safety mindset.

Roles include loading/unloading, yard duties and basic manual handling. These positions offer competitive hourly rates, weekly pay, overtime opportunities and a supportive team environment close to home.

Qualifications

• LF High Risk Licence held and valid.
• Experience operating counterbalance forklifts.
• Experience operating high-reach forklifts is preferred.
• Background in warehousing, transport or distribution.
• Reliable, punctual and safety‑mocused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance and high‑reach forklifts safely.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Perform general yard-hand duties as required.
• Strap trucks and assist with manual handling tasks up to 25 kg.
• Adhere to all WHS procedures and site rules.

Your Duties Will Include

• Operating counterbalance and high-reach forklifts
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers
• Completing general yard-hand duties
• Strapping trucks
• Manual handling of items weighing up to 25kg
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

To Be Successful, You Will Need

• A valid LF High Risk Work Licence
• Previous counterbalance and/or high-reach forklift experience
• Experience within warehousing, transport or distribution
• The physical ability to undertake manual handling duties
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• A positive, safety-conscious attitude
• The ability to obtain or pass a police check
• Full availability for your nominated shift
