Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking experienced High-Reach Forklift Drivers to join a leading pharmaceutical distribution centre in Marsden Park, NSW. This role offers a clean, fast-paced warehouse environment with a supportive team and Monday to Friday shifts.

You will operate Hyundai high-reach and counterbalance forklifts, perform RF-led bulk picking, stock dispatch and receipting, and handle loading/unloading up to 20 kg.

Qualifications

• Current LF High-Risk Work Licence (NSW) required.
• Experience operating high-reach forklifts.
• Experience in warehousing or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hyundai high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Bulk picking using RF scanners.
• Dispatch and receipting of stock.
• Manual loading and unloading of containers (up to 20kg).
• Pallet wrapping, labelling, replenishment and put-aways.
• Meet daily KPIs in a high-volume environment.

Available Shifts (Monday to Friday):

• 6.00am - 2:00pm
• 9:00am – 5:00pm

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Hyundai high-reach and counterbalance forklifts
• Bulk picking using RF scanners
• Dispatch and receipting of stock
• Manual loading and unloading of containers (up to 20kg repetitively)
• Pallet wrapping, labelling, replenishment and put-aways
• Working to daily KPIs in a high-volume environment
