Job summary

Programmed Skilled Workforce is recruiting a Counterbalance Operator for a national FMCG client, based in Crestmead, Queensland. The role involves operating a counterbalance forklift on rotating Day/Afternoon shifts and may include RF scanning with voice picking.

You will work in a cold room at 1–3°C, lifting 15–20 kg and must pass full medicals with D&A. A forklift licence is required, and a can-do attitude with team collaboration is essential.

Duties of this job:

Operating Counterbalance

Day/Afternoon Shift (Rotating Shift)

RF scanning which may lead to using voice picking system.

Working in a cold room: 1-3 degrees

Repetitive lifting 15 - 20 kgs

In order to be successful for this role, you must possess the following:

Forklift licence required

Must Pass full medicals with D&A

Can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and part of a team.

Industry knowledge is beneficial.
