Programmed is seeking experienced Counterbalance Operators for their Northmead production facility in Sydney. The role offers day and afternoon shifts with ongoing, stable hours and a generous roster.

Shifts run from 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm with hourly rates shown. A valid LF forklift licence and proven forklift experience in manufacturing or warehousing are required. This is a long-term opportunity with a national brand and on-site perks.

Qualifications

• Currently holds a valid LF Forklift Licence and experience operating forklifts in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Twin tyne forklift experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates a strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both day and afternoon shifts.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload pallets using a forklift.
• Transport finished products and raw materials around the site.
• Supply production lines with materials as required.
• Assist with stock movement and warehouse operations.
• Follow quality and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm $33.85

Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm $38.93

Your Day-to-Day

• Loading and unloading pallets using a forklift
• Transporting finished products and raw materials throughout the site
• Supplying production lines with materials as required
• Assisting with stock movement and warehouse operations
• Following quality and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What We're Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Previous forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Twin tyne forklift experience preferred
• Strong commitment to safety
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Ability to work either day or afternoon shift on an ongoing basis
