Job summary

SMS Personnel Australia Pty Ltd in Welshpool, WA is seeking a Forklift Driver for manufacturing. The role is long term with a day shift from 6:00am to 2:06pm, offering excellent working conditions and opportunities within a leading 4x4 accessories manufacturer.

You will unload and load fiberglass canopies, assist with canopy prep, handle paperwork checks, and read orders to ensure accurate picking. Strong forklift skills and an eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Forklift license - LF counterbalance and High Reach.
• Experience in manufacturing and warehousing.
• Self-motivated and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load fiberglass canopies and bull bars from racks using high-reach equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and verify against paperwork.
• Box and wrap products for shipping.
• Assist in canopy area tasks such as prep when needed.
• Read and follow documented picking orders.

In this role you will be doing:

• High-Reach forklift work unloading/loading fiberglass canopies and bull bars to and from racking
  


• Loading/Unloading trucks and checking off against paperwork
  


• Boxing and wrapping product
  


• Assisting in other areas of canopy area such as prep when needed
  


• Reading and working from associated documentation/picking orders
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Forklift license - LF counterbalance and High Reach
  


• Good knowledge of manufacturing and warehousing
  


• Self-motivated and reliable
