Job summary

Cg-Recruitment is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver for a busy salad processing facility in Morningside. Operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts, work across day, afternoon and night shifts, and support production teams.

Ideal candidates hold a current LF forklift licence, have at least 2 years of high‑reach experience, can lead a small team, and adapt to a cold‑room environment. Onsite parking and a temp‑to‑perm path are available.

Forklift Drivers – Salad Processing Facility (Morningside)

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join a busy salad production facility located in Morningside. This is an ongoing role suited to someone who can operate a high‑reach forklift confidently, work independently, and provide leadership support when required.

What You’ll Get

Shift: Day, Afternoon and Night available

What We’re Looking For

Current and valid LF Forklift Licence

Minimum 2 years’ high‑reach forklift experience

Ability to lead a small team and also work autonomously

Strong reliability, punctuality, and commitment to safety

Comfortable working in a cold‑room food manufacturing environment

Full Australian working rights

Experience in food production, FMCG, or cold‑storage environments is highly regarded.

A Typical Night on the Job

Operating high‑reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
