Job summary

Cg-Recruitment is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver for a busy salad processing facility in Morningside. Operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts, work across day, afternoon and night shifts, and support production teams.

Ideal candidates hold a current LF forklift licence, have at least 2 years of high‑reach experience, can lead a small team, and adapt to a cold‑room environment. Onsite parking and a temp‑to‑perm path are available.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence.
• Minimum 2 years’ high‑reach forklift experience.
• Ability to lead a small team and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Operating high‑reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Moving raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Loading, unloading, and organising stock accurately.
• Supporting production teams and coordinating workflow when required.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area and following all site safety procedures.
