Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced High-Reach Forklift Driver for a well-known pharmaceutical distribution centre in Marsden Park, NSW. The role involves operating Hyundai high-reach forklifts and performing bulk picking, dispatch, and stock receipting in a clean, fast-paced warehouse.

This full-time position offers Monday to Friday shifts, weekly pay, OT, on-the-job training, and the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Current LF High-Risk Work Licence (NSW).
• Proven experience operating high-reach forklifts.
• Previous warehousing or distribution experience.
• Reliable, motivated and safety-focused.
• Available for full-time hours, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Operating Hyundai high-reach and counterbalance forklifts
• Bulk picking using RF scanners
• Dispatch and receipting of stock
• Manual loading and unloading of containers (up to 20kg repetitively)
• Pallet wrapping, labelling, replenishment and put-aways
• Working to daily KPIs in a high-volume environment
